As a Preferred Customer (PC), I am able to purchase product directly from Shibumi Life at Associate Cost and I am not required to pay the Annual Web Management Fee. I understand that as a PC, I am not able to earn any commissions or bonuses unless I choose to become an INA. At such time, notice must be given to Customer Services and I am required to pay the $30.00 for the Web Management Fee. I will then be held to the requirements of an INA.

Associate (INA)
As an Independent Network Associate (INA), I understand that an annual Web Management Fee of $30.00 is due and must be current in order to receive commissions and bonuses. I acknowledge that the Web Management Fee is annual and will be $30.00 for each year thereafter. I further understand that I am required to purchase a minimum order of 45 CV each calendar month to be eligible to earn commissions and bonuses.
